Need to return or exchange something?

Earth Energies New Zealand Ltd customers are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days and we will refund the amount of the merchandise ordered, or exchange it for another product of the same value. Please note that our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is for the amount of the product ordered and does not cover any additional expenses related to shipping, etc.

Products must be in original packaging and seal’s unopened. (unless the opened product is faulty in any way) * Please notify us within 24 hours if this is the case.

Just Follow These Easy Steps:

Step #1: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step #2: Print the RMA number in large, bold print on the outside of the shipping package. This helps us expedite the processing of your return or exchange and allows us to refund your money promptly. (don’t forget to clearly print your bank account number, and/or supply your postal address for exchanges)

Note: We recommend getting insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or damage that occurs in transit. Save your tracking number. This is your proof of return and allows you to track the status of your return back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the item(s).

Refunds
When we have processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered. Please note, that we cannot reimburse you for any of the postage charges associated with your original order.

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
